These terms govern all bookings made with Vic Falls Nature Delight for activities, day trips and multi-day packages across Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana.

By enquiring about, booking, or paying a deposit for any tour, activity or package advertised on vicfallsnaturedelight.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you're booking on behalf of a group, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for everyone in that group.
A booking request submitted through this site (or by phone, WhatsApp or email) is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. We'll confirm availability and pricing directly with you, and a booking is only confirmed once we've received your deposit and issued written confirmation.
Prices shown on this site are quoted in US dollars (USD) per person and are indicative until confirmed at the time of booking. Rates for park entry fees, border-crossing costs and other third-party charges can change without notice, as these are set by the relevant park authorities and operators, not by us. We'll always confirm final pricing before taking payment.
Cancellation windows and refund percentages are set out in full on our Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Several of the activities we offer — including white-water rafting, the Gorge Swing, zip lining, bungee jumping and helicopter flights — are adventure activities that carry inherent risk, even when run by experienced, safety-briefed operators. By booking these activities, you acknowledge that risk and agree to participate at your own discretion, following all safety guidance given on the day.
Many of the activities, lodges and transfers we book are operated by independent third-party suppliers (activity operators, lodges, boat and helicopter operators, and transport providers). We act as your booking agent in arranging these services. While we only work with operators we trust, we aren't liable for the acts, omissions, or service failures of independent third-party suppliers, except where required by Zimbabwean law.
We aren't liable for loss, delay, illness, injury or expense caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, water levels, mechanical failure, government action, border closures, or other events covered under Force Majeure below.
We aren't responsible for failure to perform, or delay in performing, any obligation under these terms where that failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control — including extreme weather, natural disaster, civil unrest, government restrictions, border closures, or public health emergencies. Where an activity can't run for these reasons, we'll work with you on rescheduling or a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
The text, photography and design on this website belong to Vic Falls Nature Delight unless otherwise credited, and shouldn't be reproduced without our permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time you make a booking is the version that applies to that booking.
